Steelseries Headset Not Connected Properly

to start, I've never cared one way or another about the mic on my headsets so I don't really have any input on it besides everybody in my groups says my voice is very clear. As far as the rest of the headset goes, 10/10 as far as I'm concerned. For a bit of background, I have previously or currently own Bose QC 35 ll, Sony WH1000XM3, Steelseries Arctis 7, and Logitech G933. I find the G Pro X to be much more more comfortable than both the Steelseries and G933 and almost as comfortable as the non gaming headsets I listed. I have worn them for 6 hours at a time though and feel no discomfort which is amazing. They personally fit me very well (6'1 with an average head/ear size) and the leather ear cups have never gotten too warm. The fact that you can plug them in via aux or usb-A is also very nice since some computers can be finicky. The in-line mic is also an amazing convenience that you rarely see. I normally use the dial on my keyboard. Lastly, I can't not say enough not only how well this headset sounds but how amazing the surround sound is! I thought the G933 and Arctis 7 were good but MY GOD is the surround sound crisp. I play a handful of games but I play Destiny 2 on the daily when I can and gunshots from the enemy have never been so clear to my ears. I truly believe it is helping me whip around to the correct position of the enemies faster and more accurately. Although looks are up to personal opinion, I love the all black with a bit of silver/metal look. It gives it a very professional feel and the entire headset also has a very sturdy feel to it. After using these for two weeks now, I would have happily spent $200 $250. Hope this helps:)

My son recommended me this headset because one can hear speak when using social connectivity software like Slack, MS Teams, Skype, etc... Since my computer runs linux, I was a bit apprehensive about how well this would work. Although it is a bit tricky to configure properly. On the other hand, the dual connection feature is really helpful to configure the headset from the mobile app so that the 2nd connection from linux' bluetooth works properly. For example, conference calls w/ Slack require turning off "Speak to Chat" and leaving on "Ambient Sound Control" to hear oneself in the headset. I was most pleasantly surprised that the headset's touchpad for music control (stop, forward, backward) works with music software on Linux -- e.g., Spotify! If only there were support for 360 reality audio on linux; this would be the perfect headset. The noise cancelling capability of this headset is fantastic. While listening to music at a moderate volume, I couldn't hear a person talking to me less than 3 feet away! I had to put my right hand to the headset to listen to ambient sounds to hear this person talk!

Only complaint is its a bit front heavy, which means i have to keep adjusting the headset so i can see properly. Its a good headset though. i give it a 5/5 mostly because of how easy it is to use.

this stand is weighted and sized properly - doesn't take up a lot of space, but is stable. the horizontal part is large enough to hold my 'good' set of headphones, and a smaller headset with mic that I use for virtual meetings. would buy again. my wife bought one after I bought mine, and uses it in the same way (headphones + headset).

This is a good mount for the Yeti nano too. I really like it to keep the cable properly connected without damaging the cable. Also, the shock mount is adjustable too.

The price is great, the delivery quick, and the switch installed with no issues. All devices connected properly at the fastest speed they were configured for.

I used this setup to track the sun during the Great American Eclipse. It was a little difficult to get everything setup and connected properly (the instructions could be simpler), but once I did, it worked well. On Eclipse day, setting up tracking without the pole star visible was tricky. I didn't get it exactly right, but it worked well enough to not need constant adjustment.

Only had one HMDI port on my comp and I needed it for a VR headset. Hooked this up to the DisplayPort and connected it to my TV (HDMI) for use as a monitor. Works without any signal issues.
