Steelseries Keyboard Windows Button Not Working
Erik | 2024-08-11 01:34:40 |
This is my first time working with a digital microphone. The first thing I did was test it versus my iPhone 14 Pro Max and my SteelSeries Pro headset. This blew them both out of the water. I used it as a system with the iPhone, then also as just a receiver hooked up to an Osmo Action 4. Post-production using Lumafision on the iPad was a breeze as well. I was able toi easily isolate sounds. 5 |

windows users really need one like that. Easy to use but I had no chance yet to see it working. 5 |

This keyboard is one of my best purchases. This keyboard is for macOS and Windows; works well with either system. 5 |

I cursed it until I discovered it had an on/off button. It is working just fine. 5 |

I have a MacBook and a Windows PC side by side with two monitors. I use just this one keyboard. The Flow software that comes with the Logitech MX Master 3 Mouse combined with this Keyboard blew my mind. I just seamlessly switch back and forth between the two by moving my mouse to the other screen. The keyboard follows the mouse. The Craft Keyboard has a great feel to it and is sturdy, with a little weight to it. Love the knob for volume and other app-specific functions. Works great on Mac and PC. Highly recommend this combo. 5 |

All perfect, delivery even more so. Working well, we made some changes and a screen brightness button isn't working. Apparently a well known issue. Hoping to fix it soon. All in all, highly recommended for the price. 5 |

I bought it about month ago - use it everyday with Cubase Pro and Windows. Finally I have something that helps to automate “few steps tasks” and place it under physical button with custom graphics. Now I can focus on music and not breaking fingers on key combinations (which locations I have forgotten anyway). The only thing missing is color and gradient palette to select for button without the need to create and download them online. 5 |

This makes my desk so much cleaner, and makes it easy to switch between home and work devices. When my spouse needs to take a video meeting, she can just plug her laptop right in and get the advantages of a great screen, camera, speakers, keyboard and mouse without needing to use my computer. I researched the dock quite a bit before buying, and it actually works better than I expected it to. Pros: 1. Lots of ports 2. Can handle a Logitech Brio webcam -- many hubs cannot 3. All of the buttons except one (join meeting) work with Windows AND ChromeOS 4. The shape is great 5. Sound quality is decent 6. Microphone is good for speech Cons: 1. A tad pricey 2. No ethernet -- I had to use another adapter 3. Join meeting button doesn't work on ChromeOS 4. Volume changes can occur on ChromeOS without button presses -- where the volume from the device does not match the OS volume. This sometimes means the sound turns off entirely or gets really loud in the middle of a meeting. 5. If you use both the microphone button on the device and the one in the browser in ChromeOS, things get out of sync, and no one can hear you. Never had this happen in Windows. I definitely recommend it if you are on Windows and Mac primarily. If you are on ChromeOS, be prepared for some hiccups, but it is quite functional. I switch between devices on an almost daily basis, and it handles that well. How to make it perfect: 1. Ethernet port 2. A microphone better for more than just speech (such as music lessons) 3. Fewer bugs in the ChromeOS integration, and add "join meeting" support 4. Allow pairing bluetooth mice directly to the dock, instead of to a computer. Also, ideally build in both other common types of Logitech dongle (unifying receiver and Logi Bolt). 5. Allow pairing arbitrary bluetooth headsets directly to the dock, instead of only supporting Logitech headphones. 5 |
