Steelseries Usb Headset No Sound

to start, I've never cared one way or another about the mic on my headsets so I don't really have any input on it besides everybody in my groups says my voice is very clear. As far as the rest of the headset goes, 10/10 as far as I'm concerned. For a bit of background, I have previously or currently own Bose QC 35 ll, Sony WH1000XM3, Steelseries Arctis 7, and Logitech G933. I find the G Pro X to be much more more comfortable than both the Steelseries and G933 and almost as comfortable as the non gaming headsets I listed. I have worn them for 6 hours at a time though and feel no discomfort which is amazing. They personally fit me very well (6'1 with an average head/ear size) and the leather ear cups have never gotten too warm. The fact that you can plug them in via aux or usb-A is also very nice since some computers can be finicky. The in-line mic is also an amazing convenience that you rarely see. I normally use the dial on my keyboard. Lastly, I can't not say enough not only how well this headset sounds but how amazing the surround sound is! I thought the G933 and Arctis 7 were good but MY GOD is the surround sound crisp. I play a handful of games but I play Destiny 2 on the daily when I can and gunshots from the enemy have never been so clear to my ears. I truly believe it is helping me whip around to the correct position of the enemies faster and more accurately. Although looks are up to personal opinion, I love the all black with a bit of silver/metal look. It gives it a very professional feel and the entire headset also has a very sturdy feel to it. After using these for two weeks now, I would have happily spent $200 $250. Hope this helps:)

This is my fifth set. The sound is clear. Light and comfy. The best USB headset in its price range.

I've been using an old 1080p monitor as a secondary monitor for my PC and PS5 and was looking to upgrade. Because the PS5 doesn't have an optical cable anymore, all sound is transmitted through HDMI or USB. This monitor not only has built in speakers to just play basic sound when I'm looking to casually game, the KVM switch works with my USB headset perfectly. One button allows me to switch my headset between my PS5 and PC. The monitor also looks fantastic, and the price is competitive. I'm very satisfied with this purchase.

This is hands down the greatest headset I’ve ever tried. I’m picky about sound quality too. I tried all of the nicest premium gaming headsets Best Buy had to offer and this headset is so much nicer. The sound quality is amazing, I’m shocked it’s wireless. The noise cancellation is great, it also has a built in mic so you don’t have to use the one that detaches. The range is fantastic. At first I had connected it to my pc using Bluetooth and I thought it was great. I was limiting my experience though not using the usb dongle it comes with to connect it properly. Once that usb dongle was connected, wow! The headset is amazing! The Audeze app is fantastic for adjusting the headset to your preference.

This Logitech USB Headset (H390) is just want I needed. The sound clarity is very good, better than others I have had. People at a Zoom meeting tell me my voice clarity is quite good. The padding on the ear pieces and headband make it very comfortable for wearing over any lengthy period of time. Optionally, the volume can be adjusted, and the mic muted, and I prefer the USB type connector over the mini phone jack. And it is reasonably priced.

Unbelievable sound quality! The settings are so adjustable that the sound is unbelievably immersive. These headphones are the GOAT! Made my ears go GYATT my guy. I play with many streamers and we keep our sound quality and mics on lock. The microphone is unparalleled in quality. No artifacts, no noise from the cord: just pure, clean, ASMR-inspiring vocals. The AURA-sync feature is beautiful and it works well with my Armory Crate software (I will say that it took a week before Armory Crate updated with the audio settings, so be patient with the software for it to update, if needed). Works great. Heavy duty, and fits comfortably. The headset comes with extra ear cushions, but the default ones work great for me. I have a large (size 8.5) head and these fit well with room to spare. No headset fatigue at all. Definitely a great choice. I prefer the wired version because the Bluetooth headsets cut out every few hours. Don't sleep on these: they are so banging that you will not be able to turn them all the way up! Four DACs in the headset is top-tier. Beautiful, sleek, hi fidelity and very comfortable. I use them with the USB extender that comes with. Do yourself a favor and upgrade your gaming experience by adding these ROG Delta S to your system: you won't regret it.

He does lots of video calls and I thought this would be a nice alternative to always having to wear a headset. He has been very pleased with this mic. Some pros and cons.. Pros: -No driver downloads or installation needed. -No firmware updates needed. -Very easy to use. Plug in the USB cable and you're done! -Controls on the mic. -Audio output on the mic. -Very good build and sound quality. Runs at 96KHz. -No hissing or popping. -Universal mounting screw holes. -10 ft USB cord included. Cons: Using the included stand, it picks up vibrations from your desk from phones and other devices. Placing the mic on a surface free of vibration or on an arm would be recommended. -Even in cardioid mode it still picks up sounds like mouse clicks that may be coming from behind the mic. The addition of an isolation shield and software noise gate to remove unwanted sounds would also be recommended. Pairing with RTX Broadcast works beautifully for constant noises such as air conditioners, music, traffic sounds, etc. The sound quality of this mic is excellent and at a great value. Highly recommend!
