Steelseries Wireless Headset Lag

to start, I've never cared one way or another about the mic on my headsets so I don't really have any input on it besides everybody in my groups says my voice is very clear. As far as the rest of the headset goes, 10/10 as far as I'm concerned. For a bit of background, I have previously or currently own Bose QC 35 ll, Sony WH1000XM3, Steelseries Arctis 7, and Logitech G933. I find the G Pro X to be much more more comfortable than both the Steelseries and G933 and almost as comfortable as the non gaming headsets I listed. I have worn them for 6 hours at a time though and feel no discomfort which is amazing. They personally fit me very well (6'1 with an average head/ear size) and the leather ear cups have never gotten too warm. The fact that you can plug them in via aux or usb-A is also very nice since some computers can be finicky. The in-line mic is also an amazing convenience that you rarely see. I normally use the dial on my keyboard. Lastly, I can't not say enough not only how well this headset sounds but how amazing the surround sound is! I thought the G933 and Arctis 7 were good but MY GOD is the surround sound crisp. I play a handful of games but I play Destiny 2 on the daily when I can and gunshots from the enemy have never been so clear to my ears. I truly believe it is helping me whip around to the correct position of the enemies faster and more accurately. Although looks are up to personal opinion, I love the all black with a bit of silver/metal look. It gives it a very professional feel and the entire headset also has a very sturdy feel to it. After using these for two weeks now, I would have happily spent $200 $250. Hope this helps:)

I am absolutely blown away by this headset. It works so well and is really easy to use. I don't mind hooking it up to my Facebook as I love the seamlessness of it all. The only thing that bothers me is the lag in sound when hooking it up to my AirPods or any Bluetooth audio device. Most of the games are all music/rhythm based and the lag is absolutely horrible. I understand it is an "Experimental feature" but I believe this needs to be focused on as wireless use is the basis of this product. Why would I want a wire hooked up around my neck from wired headphones? Other than that, it's incredible and I love it.

Best wireless headset ever… great for biking, running and driving!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Solid mouse. No noticeable lag using the wireless dongle. Cord works fine while plugged in and charging.

The new headset works great with my wireless mic package. Highly recommended.
