Stereo Receiver Plays Internet Radio

Decided to get back into basic 2 channel stereo as my wave radio just couldn’t get it done. Took the plunge, picked up this receiver and two of the Sony 3 way bookshelf speakers. Wow the power and clarity from the Bluetooth streaming is amazing. Needless to say a CD player and a phono ( which each exceeded the price of the speakers and this receiver) were quickly added on. If your looking to get back into vinyl or just enjoy CDs or streaming to the Bluetooth you can’t go wrong with this receiver.

This unit is exactly what I was looking for in a stereo receiver. The first thing I was looking for is quality. So far this thing works like a champ and feels well built by the weight of it. I do not need something that has all the whistles and bells. Although it has some extra features that I probably won't use it allowed me to connect to older audio equipment without any trouble. I wanted a basic unit to play music on through the radio and play cds. The design is simple to use and very intuitive. If there is one thing I would add to this unit would be having AM radio available. It's not a deal breaker for me but would be nice if it were there. The antenna could be a little more robust as well.

i bought this stereo Receiver to replace my old receiver that i gave to my son i was looking for something that used just two speakers and maybe i could connect my sub woofer to it this was the one i could afford plus sony makes good products so i bought this on and i really like it

I have plans to record and try to sell audio plays for radio. I'm in a 1 bedroom apartment and for the time being it has to be my studio. This allows me to record my voice tracks without ambient interference.

Needed a simple receiver with a phone input. The turntable plays great. Use a small portable CD player into one of the inputs and works great. Bluetooth connects great. Picks up plenty of FM stations. Use the remote for all functions. Always had Sony components and never fail. Great buy.
