I plugged in my TV, cable box, DVD player, ROKU and power cable then powered it up and everything just worked. I checked the firmware and it was up to date. I changed the view screen to show Cable Box, DVD and ROKU and that was about it. The ease of operation is great and the sound quality has improved from my previous receiver. The only down side is that I have a phono player that required an addition purchase of a pre-amp, as there is no phono input on this Yamaha A/V receiver....but that was a minor issue. If you don't want to spend a fortune on a A/V receiver I would definitely recommend this Yamaha unit. 5 |

This product in being used in a 30ft travel trailer to connect the built-in DVD player to a 2nd TV located either in the master bedroom or outdoors. Heavy duty appearance and quality packaging.
