Still Standing Television Show Season 7

..first 24 hours..used only 7%..couldn't ask for anything better...

I use this Hard Drive for storing video for a television show and it is very reliable and easy to use.

Ok... so had this free standing hard drive that would not show up on my mac anymore... removed the hard drive itself from the case... installed into the StarTech Adapter in about 90 seconds... plugged into my SATA doc... and BOOM... my info was back! Not more trying to replace an external power supply or other drive resurrection voodoo ...

I used this mixer for the better part of a season on an ocean focused natural history show. Complete run and gun. Its packed with features. No rust from salt water spray (yet). It's been banged up from a lot of travel (always in a checked in pelican) and didn't miss a beat. Just recently (season 2) another sound guy on the show somehow broke the headphone monitoring jack by jamming in the monitoring volume knob, so it isnt invincible, but it can take a beating. For the price, nothing I know of comes close. It's like the 5D MKII of the sound world. Comes with a little bag, which is handy but you'll either want to get a pro bag for it (Porta Brace makes one), or Velcro an extra pouch onto it to make it usable.

Was producing a talk show with six guests, for the pilot season we didnt have an automatic mixer. It was very challenging trying to ride the mic levels through taping, this gave us hours of audio mixing on each 1hour episode. After a bit of research I came across the auto mixer by shure. I order to and linked them to get 8 channels. It made filming the live talk show a pleasure from the audio perspective. The mixer keeps one mic open at a time and switches automatically to the mic which is being used. Awesome!!!!!

I was in the middle of the desert working on a television show. I only had a 18-135mm on me. I did not think I was going to have much time to take photos but when I saw the stars out there I new I needed something wide. I ordered from B&H and over night shipped the 14mm. All I can say is WOW! This lens is great! I wish it was faster than a 2.8 but I created some great time lapse footage and took some great pictures. I am going to take this 14mm with me from now on. Only con is the ring with the lens numbering is made of plastic. It was scratched within the second day.

I wear these to the gym and the noise cancelling is complete. It is like watching a television show with the volume off and only the music I am playing coming through.

Purchased this for our on-set backups to give to our DIT/Loader on a network television show. The Thunderbolt 2 is perfect as it works with most Macs and saves time over USB drives for making backups at wrap.

Excellent battery!! I have enough power to get through a four hr show with the camera on a tripod and no zooms. Still have about 20 minutes to spare.
