I have been doing virtual tours for a local real estate agent for the past 3 or 4 years. I started with the original EOS 5D and a Canon EF 17-40mm, f/4L lens, and soon upgraded the camera body to the 5D Mk lll. I continued to use the same 17-40 lens. The problem with the 17 x 40 lens was that most of the time I had to stitch 2 shots together to show rooms in their entirety. This was time consuming, and even using PhotoShop to stitch the pictures, distortion was almost always present. I hesitated at first when I saw that this new lens was finally being released, I have to admit the price was what was holding me back, as well as the fact that there were no reviews available to get feed back from other buyers. I finally decided to take a chance and I ordered the lens. I've only had it for a couple of weeks now, and in that time I've used it to do virtual tours on two properties.......Long story short, I'm blown away. The pictures it takes are great! The only negative thing I have to say about it other than the cost is it's weight.......I won't be using it very much with the neck strap, bottom line is.......I love it....... 5 |

Easy setup and install (I'm using Wi-Fi) with a high quality video.. The "stitch" between the two cameras is almost invisible if both cameras are kept clean and clear. Although because of where I have the camera installed the "stitch" is kinda visible at sunset because one of the cameras is pointed towards the sunset and the other is poited away, but even then it is just barley visible. Build quality of the camera case and mount feels good and high quality. Power cable is usb (power brick included) and is thicker then the other Lorex cameras I have installed and might be a an issue if trying fish the cable in small cable conduit, tight spaces, or small holes because of the usb end. Highly recommended. 5 |

This is now my main panorama lens on my D-810. I can stitch several frames together with no wide angle distortion. I have used it on several all day photo shoots on the Blue Ridge parkway and the results are excellent. Third party tech reviews say that this lens is optically superb. 5 |

I just got 4 of these and they are beautiful. The sewing is absolutely perfect, not a stitch out of place. The sand is sealed in plastic, tucked into each double-zipper pouch. Nice and sturdy. Can't wait to use them. 5 |

This lens reduced my stitch shooting which I enjoy in landscape imaging. It is also fun to use and manipulating the images with the computer programs. But, read the operating instructions to reduce any unfamiliar 180 degree surprises. I use it and all my Canon lens on a 5D MK ii. 5 |
