This lens is perfect. Such a bargain when you consider the sharpness, the 3D pop. Tack sharp at every f-stop. Gorgeous Bokeh. Not as wide open as the 1.4 but it's weather-sealed and much cheaper. Perfect for my needs (street and documentary)

I'm a STEM teacher that just started at a school with a new 3D printer. I don't have a lot of experience with 3D printing, so I was a little intimidated at first. I had an issue with the drag and drop files feature on the print cloud, but easily worked through the solution with tech support (who was very friendly and helpful). I'm consistently impressed with the level of detail and accuracy in the performance of this model. Now I just keep surprising myself with all the ways I can infuse 3D printing into my curriculum. I've been so excited about it that my partner wants us to get one for our apartment. I wanted to be sure I had more than enough power going into my Delta Pro and Extra Pro Battery, especially if I am on the move or need to power my 3D printers for an outdoor event. Leaving the panel out in prime sunlight made it charge the batteries as I was 3D Printing. This means I was 3D Printing with ZERO CARBON EMISION! That's amazing!! I use this to store my lenses, gear, and 3D printing filament. It is easy to set up: find a suitable place, and plug it in. The handle is initially stored on the other side of the door for protection during shipping. I needed to unscrew it, and then install it on the correct side. The shelves are also easy to install.
