Storing Portable Air Conditioners In Winter

I often record in my apartment or at the studio where I work - there is a ton of background noise like traffic, air conditioners, and creaky floors. The high pass filter for perfect for filtering those consistent background hums. Of course, a little fancy editing too. I have been using Furman power conditioners for many years, mainly to provide a portable power strip with reasonably clean power. Providing adjustable light to rack components in often dim stage conditions is more than welcome too. I use the Furman with short ANSI power cables (12") to minimize the clutter in the backside of the rack. At 12" in depth, the backside of the Furman is short enough to clear the rear cover, yet long enough to reach without skinning my knuckles. Kudos! Furman. How about a 1-space Furman UPS?

Here in the NW part of the US the winter air is very dry and static electricity is a problem. This wrist strap worked great. Felt comfortable installing added ram memory without problems.

Are you one of those families who likes to air out their home, by opening windows and doors. We are, even in the winter. Life Before SmartSensors, we were both heating and cooling the outdoors when doing so. Now, I open my doors whenever I need to and get all that fresh air in, knowing that my SmartSensor's will turn the system off! I love this degree of confidence in a system. I can say, that every EcoBee product we have added to our home has been a great decision for our family and our planet!

Especially in the winter when the air is dryer. A static zap will kill electronics. Better to be safe than sorry.

I've used the Heat Company shells twice now on early winter mornings here in Maine. Air temps were in the 20s and my hands felt perfectly comfortable. When I pulled back the covers over my fingers, on which I had liners, I was able to operate the functions on my camera quite easily. The system worked very well for me.

I absolutely have no regrets getting this camera, light, durable, portable. I slipped on winter ice a few times with this in my hands and still in the same shape when I got it. I love the way my images come out every time. No worries about messing up at all. I am currently using iford delta 100 film and developing it in cinstill monobath.
