Streaming Device With Optical Out

Out of town and bought it, linked it and have my streaming on the road.

This device does exactly what I need it to do. I love the Loop Out port.

I have only had the Roku® Streaming Stick®+ (model 3810) two weeks, so I can’t give a long-term, comprehensive review. I can share my limited experience though, which is positive. Initial setup was straightforward and painless. Apps for all of the streaming services associated with my Roku account were automatically installed. The ability of the Stick+ to control TV power and volume is a nice feature. I have used it on two Samsung TVs and it automatically detected and synced with each, and didn’t require entering codes or fiddling around. I have two other Roku devices, an original Streaming Stick and a Roku 3. The Stick+ is a LOT faster than the original Stick. The responsiveness of the Stick+ isn’t noticeably different from the Roku 3 (which is acceptable). The picture quality is good. I only have 10 mbps internet service, but I have not experienced buffering or any other performance issues. Even when another another device is streaming HD content, both streams work without a hitch. So far it appears to be more robust than a FireTV stick I had (that I gave to a daughter), which often buffered when another stream was active. Unscientific observation, but that’s the way it appears to me using the “eye-test”. The bottom line is that I am happy with the Stick+. When I purchased it I actually wanted a hardwired (ethernet) device, but there were none available locally so I went with the Stick+. So far I have no regrets having done so, and I have no reservations in recommending it.

I've been using the Key Light now for about 7 months. One light was powerful enough to light my entire streaming setup! Out of the box ready to use, a lots of settings and customization to get the right color/lighting balance. It's a very clean design as well, hidden cables and small in size.

Looking for an inexpensive streaming device I found Roku and am very happy it.

The Roku Ultra is a great streaming device. I had the Roku 2 & 3 and I like them, but the Roku Ultra is much better. Thank you, Roku.

You can’t do better than to invest in a Stream Deck! This is the single most useful device I have for streaming!
