Street Light Utility Pole Surveillance Camera

I got mine with a Videomic as a kit. Well worth the extra investment; especially since the street price for this pole alone is $. It's well built and acceptably light weight. The 3/8 threads could easily be adapted to 1/4 or a 5/8 spigot and a small light or camera flash could be mounted instead, making this a great dual use product.

Had several of these in a house, where the utility's street transformer blew and sent 500+ volts up the lines into my house. The Belkin units protected some products (like my TVs) and not others (like a fridge) (the spike actually melted some of the Belkin units, others had black burn marks). But Belkin replaced the units and provided insurance protection (as advertised on the blown units). I was concerned at first but very happy with their standing behind their products.

This is exactly what I needed to get my old surveillance camera back up and running. Thanks.

I put this on a utility pole in my driveway to power an access point and cameras. The cameras are for security, the WiFi is for streaming music while I work in the yard.

No muss, no fuss. Zip tied to my utility pole and now I have power for WiFi and cameras.

I have this on a utility pole along my driveway (800'). Keeps my phone connected so I can stream music while plowing or doing other yard work.

What can you say about an adjustable pole. It's light. Camera mounts like it should. Can be used as a walking stick while your not using it with the camera.

I'm using it for concerts, where it improves footage that previously looked more like a surveillance camera!
