String Instruments From Around The World

I use this mic to record string and wind (brass mostly) instruments.  The different patterns make it effective in a variety of spaces depending on whether you want to reject other sounds or include reflections.  Versatile and great sound quality.

This mic sounds very nice for vocals, plucked string instruments, and woodwind instruments (at least that's what I've tried it on). I highly recommend it!

I haven't had any real world opportunities to test it out, but threw it in the pool and it floated. Connector and string seem well made and I like the quick disconnect feature as the hole in the camera isn't the easiest to thread.

This is a budget tool� for world class scoring of films, the instruments sounds so real...like a 50 piece live orchestral assemble.. Its a filmmakers's companion ....
