String Instruments Playing Violin

Use these for cymbals, ac. guitar, violin... rich sounding instruments. Freq response is terrific & very versatile w/ 2 pad settings, 2 rolloff settings, & 2 patterns. I love having the shockmount clips as well. 5 |

Used for violin solos and string quartet recordings with XY stereo technique, connected to Zoom H6 so far. Base noise is low, and high frequency pick up is impressive. For the price, it is a great deal. Highly recommended. 5 |

This stand is for my six year old son who started playing the violin. I didn't want to invest in a $60 stand until he has been playing a bit more. Now, I'm not sure I'd purchase a $60 stand because this one is just fine. I was surprised at how sturdy it was for the price. The stand is not as flimsy as I thought it would be. The pieces are somewhat heavy and you can adjust it so the wobbling is at a minimum. Great product for the price. It's a plus that it comes with a travel bag. I'd buy another one! The shipping was also SUPER fast, it came a day early. 5 |

I use the microphone for Zoom and other meetings. My wife used it for teaching and playing violin with others on Zoom. It is a super replacement for the computer microphones. Everyone can now hear us clear and easily. 5 |

I use this mic to record string and wind (brass mostly) instruments. The different patterns make it effective in a variety of spaces depending on whether you want to reject other sounds or include reflections. Versatile and great sound quality. 5 |

This mic sounds very nice for vocals, plucked string instruments, and woodwind instruments (at least that's what I've tried it on). I highly recommend it! 5 |

I'm a jazz guitarist playing an 8-string classical guitar that goes higher and lower than a regular guitar. It has a K & K pickup and I my amp is a JBL EON powered speaker, which, for this instrument sounds better than any jazz guitar amp. I have used the Zoom A-3 preamp as well as an L.R. Baggs Venue DI. They are both very good but I'd say the Grace Alix is the best I've found. It has great features you can read about but I must say that the sound of my guitar with the EQ set flat is strong, clear and simply amazing! It's very well thought out. Worth the price. 5 |

Whether you're looking to record yourself playing instruments, singing, or podcasts, the Yeti offers the best bang-for-your-buck when it comes to USB microphones. Using the microphone couldn't be more simple; just plug in the USB cable, open recording software of your choice, and in minutes you'll be recording some surprisingly clear and crisp audio. On the topic of audio quality, one must mention the top-notch audio recording capabilities of the microphone. The Yeti uses a three-capsule design which allow for a wide array of recording patterns. The audio comes out well-balanced, picks up bass well, and produces most frequencies with excellent clarity. With that said, do not expect it to be able to record CD quality audio, but for a USB mic, it sure has just about every other beat. The only con I can really think of is the Yeti's size, which might make it difficult to transport. With that said, the Yeti is very well built and features a rugged metal body and stand. 5 |

I like wind instruments. This is that and so much more. Nice features make playing sound like the real thing. Tried it all but haven't used it as a midi controller yet 5 |
