Stringed Instruments Hot And Humid Room

Perfect. My children can now practice their stringed instruments at their desks or any table without having to set up a regular sized music stand. We love the fact that it is manufactured in the USA.

Being a nature photographer in the hot and humid Southeastern US, this lightweight vest (with mesh venting) is perfect for me. Lots of pockets for lenses and accessories. Beats lugging a cumbersome camera bag!

I used these for a 3 hour bird walk on a very hot, humid day. They were easy to hold. My glasses were fogging, but the binoculars stayed clear and dry. The optics were excellent. The included shoulder strap was very comfortable to use over the course of 3 hours.

Excellent purchase from B&H. I live in a very hot and humid tropical island and this is just what I needed for my cameras and lenses protection.

Living in the Southeastern U.S. we have a very long hot and humid season. I know a lot of people think that if they have their AC on that provides enough protection against fungus in their lenses but it doesn't. Even with AC on humidity levels can be high enough for fungus growth. This 80L unit holds all of my gear, my wife's gear and some extras like filters, etc. plus a little point and shoot. If I run out of storage space in this unit I will buy another one. I keep it set at 45% and the readings tend to stay between 44% and 46%. It's built sturdy and you can level it with two of the feet but mine was already level. If you have any doubts at all about whether you are in a fungus prone area do yourself a favor and get one of these. You'll be glad you did. As always, B&H has what you need and their customer service is second to none. I've trusted them for a long time and you should too.

This cabinet is AMAZING!! I live in Florida (very hot and humid), and this cabinet is located in an office at an aquaculture facility (aquariums everywhere -- super humid!). I wanted to keep my camera and lenses safe from the humidity, and this cabinet has done just that! This cabinet has no issues dropping the humidity from 75% (normal humidity in the building) to 40% and keeping it stable. Unlike normal dehumidifiers, this thing is silent! I bought a small humidistat to keep in the cabinet just to verify that it is doing the job, and it is! The cabinet's humidistat is always within a percent or two of the independent humidistat. This cabinet is sturdy, well-built, aesthetically pleasing, and WORKS!! If you're on the fence, buy it. Trust me. You won't regret it!

I've been using this lens for 3 years and have taken it with me through the hot and humid jungles of Peru. This lens is built like a tank and has withstood some pretty harsh falls, muddy conditions as well as rain. The lens still works perfectly. It renders images incredibly well on my Canon 6D. The color reproduction, micro contrast etc is very special. I could definitely recommend this lens to any person wanting an indestructible macro lens as long as they don't mind it not being a 1.1 macro.

It get's pretty hot and humid in NY in the summer. I have several cameras and very nice glass. Some of them are expensive and some of them are from 1950s that belonged to my dad. This cabinets fits al lot of gear, it's silent (it's actually right next to my bed), and it's keeps consistent humidity level even in very humid conditions. It's nice to be able to control brightness of the display and built-in LED lights are very helpful. I think you have to have something like this if you plan to use your gear for more then five years.

Sounds like the instruments are in the room! Wonderful separation of sounds when when used in pairs.

I live in South Texas, which is very humid all year round. This was a no brainer. It has room for my 600mm, 200-600mm, and some primes, too. Of course, my camera bodies fit in there, too. Cant afford not to take care of the equipment while not in use. Now I can sleep a bit better knowing that my gear will at least be in a whole lot better shape than before, where it would just sit in a dark closet inside some plastic container.
