Studio Monitor Alternative

This monitor pretty much does everything I need it to and does it very well. It is a great low cost alternative.

As a pro using strobes in the studio and on location, these Lume Cube Studio panels are an excellent alternative for small product work. And for location portraits at twilight, for instance, the battery power and easy adjustment of color temp and brightness is a game changer. Love them. A great purchase.

In setting up my home studio, I got four of these to hang lights and an overhead camera. The alternative was heavier and more expensive grip gear, and I felt it was worth trying the cheaper route and keeping it light. So far these work very perfectly. Find studs in your ceiling, and then place a thin piece of wood between the ceiling and this base, and you're golden. I recommend beefier screws than the included ones, however.

An excellent option for studio monitors at this price point and a great alternative to the KRK yellow cones. The Adams sound like they are optimized for creating electronic music: excellent bass response and they sound great at all volumes.
