Studio Monitor Pads

This is my first studio monitor setup and it is wonderful! The isolation pads are more essential than I thought. Everything come quickly, setup beautifully, and works flawlessly.

If you have any sort of studio monitors, you really ought to have isolation pads. I have Eris E5s and these fit perfectly. They provide a very noticeable difference in response, clarity. Auralex may have the big name, but the MoPads I received were sloppily made, the fronts were different dimensions, badges crooked. I am much happier with these. Although they function the same, these are better looking than two mismatched pads under each monitor, and they dont leave a bunch of foam dust like the Auralex pads. Functionally equivalent (much cleaner sound than on the desk), but less cost, and better quality.

I purchased the isolation pads for my Reveal 802 studio monitors and they have eliminated the vibrations I had experienced at higher volumes.

Currently I use the Auray pads in my home studio to support my Yamaha HS80m's. Previously I had my monitors sitting on top of a normal piece of foam. I added one of the Auray's at a time and could immediately tell the difference between the one with the isolation pad as compared to the normal foam. It dramatically reduce vibrations in the the desk. So the product works as advertised. Not listed but should be mentioned is the foam thickness. The narrow edge of the foam is 1 3/4 thick and tappers up to 2 3/4 thick. So far this product has met my expectations and I would not hesitate to order another pair.

Array isolation pads are the perfect accessory for your studio monitors. They minimize unnecessary vibration while enhance the lower frequencies. The pads optional angles provide ear level monitoring while maintaining a clean simple setup. Highly recommend Auray.

If your studio monitors sit directly on a table top, these isolation pads are a must. Very effective and easy to use. The 3 ways you can use them (tilted up, down or straight) is great. My studio monitors sit on a table top and were at a little to low listening level, so the isolation pads not only stopped any vibration, they point or tilt the monitors in bit upward and work perfect.

What a difference it makes using these isolation pads. I used styrofoam for a while but these pads make a huge difference when I playback recorded music with my studio monitors. I am able to get an accurate idea what my music sounds like without have to master and produce a CD first. I like the quality of both the Auray pads and the Auray studio monitor stands I also bought.
