Studio Monitors Front Bass Port

Superb studio monitors, with amazingly robust, but very tight and accurate bass.

Very good all round sound for studio monitors. They'll be a little on the non-bass side if you listen to music with them, but a clear acoustic-like sound. Perfect price for a budget-pro recording kit. Good sound is essential! Cables provided are perfect, the twist lock is a great design note, they also pack up rather well. As a bonus, get the leather carrying pouch too - everything oozes quality.

The Fotodiox LED Studio-in-a-Box is really great product and it's the perfect portable studio for someone who has limited space. I bought the 24-inch square version and couldn't be more pleased. The box folds up into an easy-to-carry package and has a nice handle for carrying. It is easy to set up and break down. Traveling is so easy. The entire boxes opens into position in seconds and the velcro is very secure. You can lower the entire front panel (though it's reflective, so I tend to leave it up to front-light the subjects) or shoot through the large front port. There is also a port in the top of the box so that you can shoot straight down. The LED lighting is bright enough to shoot handheld if you want to. The lighting is overhead and it is, of course, very direct, but it still has a pretty soft quality and the unit comes with a diffusion screen that actually does diffuse things (though I ended up using some diffusion material I had on hand to soften it more). The studio also ships with four backdrop sheets (white, black, gray, and blue). I would say, this is probably the best light box on the market in this price range. Highly recommend if you want a nice box for a good price. You will not be disappointed.
