Studio Monitors Mixing Video

I needed a pair of studio monitors to do multitrack audio mixing at my home studio & these are perfect!

I have had these headphones for almost 10 years. In these 10 years, they have been THE BEST headphones I have used for mixing. I have used a bunch of headphones and studio monitors in that time, and nothing has beat them out, not even the infamous Sony 7506 (given, cheaper, but more prevalent headphones in studios) Things to note with these headphones; they are not super low end present. If you are getting these to listen to consumer music, you may not like them because they are not "boomy" or "full". These headphones are for users who are looking for definition and clarity for making a solid mix. The other note is a MINOR complaint; the part of the headset that rests on the top of your head/hair has worn out for me. The muffs also wore out, but I replaced them. If there is a way to replace the foam under the band, please let me know because I would love to have them looking brand new again. I broke the cable that came with the headphones by accidentally vacuuming it about 2 years in (stupid, I know), but the detachable cable saved me some money. Also nice if you want to swap out different size cables. I would highly recommend these to anyone looking to invest in headphones for studio mixing.

I use these monitors to mix in my home studio. I've been around studios with Genelecs and love the sound, but mixing requires you to get down and dirty. My room is a little smaller so the BM6a's are the perfect size with real tight bass, a very clear mid range, and a clean high end. Overall I couldn't be happier with my choice.

I've used these in a studio setting and they are fantastic. They are a little brighter than my studio monitors, so mixing with them would be a little deceiving. Great for tracking and overdubs though.

I'm very happy with these monitors. They seem well built and have good clarity. I use them for video production some am mostly mixing dialogue or dialogue over music.

The size and price of these were great! Great sounding monitors for mixing in video productions as a one man band. Havent had any issues with these thus far.

I'm using these for sound mixing as a video editor, and have been super pleased. I initially bought a much cheaper set of monitors from Presonus, but they generated a ton of background noise - even with no source plugged in. These monitors are crystal clear - the ability to tweak the bass response is wonderful, and they're built like absolute tanks.

We have 4 TV's that we use in our commercial video studio. I've really liked using production monitors and they relaying signals to these to check focus and get a better idea of what's going on in our shots. We have stands from a few other brands that we've been using. The other brands we use are a bit sketchy for how much they are holding. I put a 65 on this stand. It rolls super smooth. Also the laptop tray is bomber. I'm going to be ordering 1 more ASAP.
