This is my first studio monitor setup and it is wonderful! The isolation pads are more essential than I thought. Everything come quickly, setup beautifully, and works flawlessly.

This studio monitor control may be passive, but its knob is anything but. Simple setup, minimal cables. Elegant buttons, and one glorious beast of a knob with butter smooth movement.

Needed a larger screen for my home setup and decided to go with this monitor. It's a newer model from ViewSonic and I like that it has a built in docking station so I don't have to think about buying one separately. I also like the ergonomics, which made it easier to get it setup.

I have a dual screen setup and connected the boom arm to one of the monitor arms and it works perfectly! Holds the mic exactly where I place it every time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently, I got the opportunity to test out the LG 29” UltraWide FHD HDR FreeSync Monitor with USB Type C. First off, I didn’t know how much a better monitor experience could give and I got to say this blew my expectations away. It was much bigger than I expected and now it's harder for me to use a smaller screen with this one spanning 29 inches. My current monitor is at 15 inches and yet this one feels like it's three times the size. Even having two screens side by side doesn’t compare. The full setup took less than 10 minutes before having it connected and exploring the features. So far I’ve thrown gaming, window multitasking, videos/movies, and 3D CAD design. Each one performed great and using the full real estate of the screen improved each area. For example, I found myself more immersed in my gaming/video experience than before. Also, I love simplistic/modern design with near edge to edge screen and subtle red accent color on the base. Now if only I can work solely from home on my new and vastly improved setup. I purchased this wide screen after my other monitor gave out. It has great dimensions, clarity and extremely easy to setup. I currently have a Dell 24" wide screen next to it and this one brighter and crisper than the Dell. I use this monitor for business, technical coding (software) and stock trading. I am currently ordering two more of these monitors to finish up on my 4-screen display which the top two new ViewSonic's will be hooked up to my surface pro. PS: Don't expect much for any setup instructions in the box but it is very intuitive to attach the base to the monitor, it was just strange that there was very little info in the box concerning how to do it and/or information about all the input cables that come with it.

A simple 1 cable setup (USB C) from my computer to this monitor. Easy to set up. Touch screen is responsive. Brightness is sufficient. Finally a way to travel w/ 2 screens.

The setup was simple and straightforward, taking less than 3 minutes from unpacking to plugging it in and working. I love this for my coaching sessions and webinars. I can share my screen on one device, while still being able to communicate with my clients or class, and not sacrifice screen space. I wish it had speakers so I can also use it to watch Netflix. It's the perfect size for watching movies and tv shows. The tilt feature is awesome. It is a little heavy but it slides effortlessly around my desk if I need to re-position it. My other monitor stood a little too high, hurting my neck and back.
