After I switched to a Windows 8 Surface, I needed a device to allow me to transfer SD data to either a Surface 8 or my old but still functional Surface 4. This dual card reader with USB A and C ports does this without taking up space in my camera bag. 5 |

When I learned the Surface Dial can be used with my non-Surface Windows 10 PC, I bought it as a perfect solution to having a volume knob to mute and control the volume as I listen to video with widely varying volumes between program segments and advertisements. And it does many other tricks as well. Great price on B&H. 5 |

I needed this for a Microsoft Windows 8 Surface Pro as it only had one USB 3.0 port. I tried a non-powered hub only to find out that when using an external hard drive, it would consume most of the available power from the computer, leaving other attached peripherals unstable. This powered hub worked perfectly with all of the other devices attached. 5 |
