So I already own two Subs, each working alongside a pair of Fives, so I knew how a sub would enhance and improve my listening experience. However, in our bedroom space a pair of Ones was all I could fit in and clearly a big Sub was an overkill ..... but I made space for the Sub Mini and wow am I pleased with the new overall sound. It's neat, unobtrusive, priced at an OK level and 100% kicks the Ones and room sound to a new level! I had confidence it would be a great buy - and my faith in Sonos has been justified. 5 |

These things are incredible. By themselves they are great but with subs this system will rip. Equally at home as a stage wedge or on a speaker stand. Currently, have 2 set up with 4 JBL MPro subs. The subs run out of headroom way before the tops. The built in DSP is nice. I don't much care for the presets on it but having the ability to bypass that and have full manual control is amazing. Well worth the price tag. They are not light but I would much rather a plywood box than a plastic box so the weight is something I will gladly deal with. 5 |

First, 60W will probably meet your needs in a small video studio. I only use 2-8% of the output. Secondly, a standard modifier platform (Bowens' S mount), has saved me a great deal of time. The lower cost silent heads would only accept barndoors, gaffing tape and aluminum foil. Far Far easier to repurpose old modifiers or purchase new. Previously, I would have to retape the foil at inopportune times. SILENCE is critical for me. Recording a cast once correctly is worth all the post processing in the world. Nothing beats SILENCE. 5 |
