Sub Customers In Quickbooks Online

We have a group of in-house sales reps who contact customers and work online via PC 40 hours / week. As a result, some were experiencing hand/wrist fatigue issues. I tried the WaveRest Gel Mouse Pad and it cured their problems!

The features are almost mind-boggling. Performs two-sided scanning if needed, and the scan speed is the fastest I've ever encountered. Scan quality is excellent, even for color. The user-friendly software allows me to review each document or receipt before saving or exporting, so if I need to make adjustments I know right away. I use Quickbooks desktop version for accounting and had no trouble at all identifying fields and info I wanted to save and export. Should work equally well for Quickbooks online version. Being able to export as a "searchable PDF" is a big plus. It can also save documents as Word file or Excel spreadsheet data or even Powerpoint (Windows version). It even scans business cards. That's versatility not found in run-of-the-mill scanners. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but worth every penny if it saves time and frustration over manual recordkeeping and document retention. Setup was a breeze right out of the box and it has a very small footprint. It can be used either wired or wireless, with the ability to send scans to email or a smartphone. This thing does it all. I'm definitely impressed and will be recommending it to friends and family. My nephew is a farmer and my neighbor is a truck driver, and both professions require extensive recordkeeping. I'm sure that once they've tried this scanner the benefits will be obvious, especially to their wives who do all the accounting! I purchased this DYE SUB printer. It is awesome. It's the first Dye Sub printer I own but I'm very impressed with the quality prints. Also you can choose what finish goes on the print, Glossy, Luster, Matte etc. I did a large order of 500 prints my first time around and everything went incredible. It has a cutter and installation of ribbon and roll is super simple. I immediately fell in love with this printer. Thinking of getting one that prints 5x7's this one can print them but it has 1/2 inch border on each sides you need to cut the sides. Overall i got it for 8x10's and it's done an amazing job so far.

I'm using it with Sonos Sub and sounds great!!
