Very Happy with the TV needed it for a rental property and it came very quickly and in great condition!

Ideal solution for me as I am in a rental property, I did not want to drill the walls for a wall mount. Purchased the item for a low price, and it’s super strong to support my 60 inch screen. The swivel allowed me to have full view of the screen angled to the couch and to keep straight lines for my living room furniture.

Put this up to monitor the side lot of a rental property. Photo quality is exceptional, and the onboard solar panel has no trouble keeping things charged despite regular photo triggers/transmissions. This model also does not require the addition of an SD card - one is built in and can be remotely formatted, and it can be erased via the app. This makes managing the camera very convenient.

Excellent little cell cam for watching the rental property. We'd been having issues with dumpster use by non-tenants, and wanted to keep an eye on things. The V-150 allows us to keep tabs on things without the need for hardwired or wifi-enabled cams. The built-in solar panel seems to do a good job at keeping the internal battery charged as well.

I installed this thermostat (2 of them) at my luxury rental property, to make it easy for my tenants to use. They love it, they love using the Google Home app, and all is good. Nest is the Best!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this to label switches and things in a rental property, since guests always have questions. It's easy, fast, and the labels are nice quality. Does everything I need it to and more, haven't used much of the advanced functionality but have printed dozens of labels and it works very well!

I have had an Orbi mesh 3.0 with several satellites for a couple years now. Its been very good coverage all around my property, about a half acre. I wanted a modem/router combination. Placing it in the kitchen area. So, I purchased this new 3.1 combination unit. It's been in service for about month now. I haven't got around to setting up my satellites, and, I can't believe the coverage area with just the one unit. Even without any satellites, I have limited service outside at well over two hundred feet from the router in my kitchen. I will be installing satellites around the house and one outside at the far end of my property. If this now, is an example of what I will have signal wise when completing this setup, I'll have a super system going on here. My goal is a wireless camera on my boat a few hundred feet from the router. I think it's going to happen. So far so good. Scott

As suggested by that fabulous online camera rental company, the Ninja V w/ accessories fits perfectly in this guy. Get the TrekPak divider too. A great combo. The latches are a bit mysterious at first, coming from the older Pelican cases, but open your eyes and you'll figure them out.
