Sun Readable Daylight Projector Screen

Works very well. Replaced an old Epson with it. Maps that are projected have much better readable type when projected on the screen. Everyone is much happier with this projector because of the clarity and brightness compared to the older projector in our conference room. 5 |

I'm not sure how B&H got the prices on this screen so low... As everywhere else I have seen them listed for almost x2 the cost. But even so, They are still worth it for the price. I would recommend designing / mounting the screens to something other then the included legs as the angle of the screen is very weird and puts a lot of stress on the PCB mounted standoffs. The PCB Standoffs are not super strong and would recommend adding some strong glue or more solder to them as they will pull out if you put to much stress on them. Also the Screen is compatible with more the advertised resolution as I have pushed it way passed 1920 x 1080 and the text is still readable (small) but readable. You will need to power the screen with a separate power adapter if your running it off a Raspberry Pi as the Pi doesn't supply enough power to the screen and Pi without getting power warnings. (at least when your powering the Pi from USB) 5 |

Had a nuvi 500 and this is so much nicer. Bright screen that is readable in the sunlight. Still trying to discover how everything works but very pleased 5 |

I use the Sony 200-600mm for sports photography in daylight, but once the sun starts to set, or indoors, that lens struggles. Instead of spending $2500 on a 70-200 G Master, I opted for the much less expensive Tamron 70-180 f/2.8. No complaints at all. The lens is sharp (images after significant cropping look more than fine by me), and auto focus is super fast on a Sony A7 iii. I ended up shooting a polo match with the 70-180 once the sun started to set. After culling through everything, 70% of the keepers were from the 70-180 - which is remarkable given the distance to the action at the far end of the field. No complaints with this lens, which is light enough to hand hold; comparatively I mount my beloved 200-600 on a monopod. In bright daylight, the 200-600 is still my go to lens for sports - but in any other situation I shoot with the Tamron with no problems whatsoever. I would buy this lens again in a heartbeat and have no reason to not recommend it to someone shooting fast paced sports. I shoot 200mm on an APS-C, but that is effectively 300mm, so I can't speak to the loss of 20mm versus a 70-200. 5 |

I use this for shoots out in bright/harsh daylight to diffuse the sun. It works like a charm. It is hard for my asssitant to hold when it's breezy outside, but that so far is my only complaint. 5 |

I am amazed at the quality of this projector. My fears were that the lumins would not be strong enough to project duriing the daylight but it is clear and beautiful and fora fraction of the cost we can watch movies and video on 100 plus inch projection. The lowered EMF's also make a huge difference in the way we feel after having it on for a while. GREAT BUY!!! 5 |
