Sun Spots On Photos

No complaints. I got some great photos of sun spots and of the eclipse.

Outstanding it it does the job i have no problems with it blocks sun spots while taking photos.

These have been excellent to look at the Sun to watch for 'naked-eye' sun spots during this active solar cycle. A good way to easily see if one needs to bring out the bigger gear.

Put this on my 100-400 Fujinon zoom and I can caputure sun spots.

Used this for the solar eclipse and the pictures I got were amazing! I could see solar flares.. sun spots and the edge of the moon in perfect quality. I had it on for the two hours of the eclipse and my sensor and camera equipment was protected and undamaged afterwords. Definitely recommend!

I never thought looking at the sun could be so fun. Much bigger disc than I expected and you can even see sun spots. Just like any binocular, there is a little setup but then you are all set. We are also fortunate to enjoy the eclipse with these bad boys. Highly recommend!

This filter enables safe photography of the sun and the sun spots are clearly visible causing no damage to the camera sensor . I use it on my Sony a7CR with Sony FE 200-600mm lens and it has enabled a new area of photography for me. I just wish I had it for the recent solar eclipse!

I needed a tall trip. I’m 6’2” and I observe sun spots sometimes standing and looking up. This monopod works great with a head that adds a few more inches. I’m a little concerned about the strength of the bright yellow locking levers but after owning this monopod for a week, it’s performed great. I mount a 2lbs stabilized binoculars on it.

This filter delivers great imagery of the sun! Brings out really good detail of sun spots and of course the eclipse images were fantastic. During totality, it was super easy to take the filter off quickly and put it right back on. Good quality and good imagery.
