Surf Photography With Waterproof Film Camera

I use this for surf videography and photography. It so far works perfectly for medium range shots.

Perfect for surf photography! The autofocus works very well on my Sony a6300. No complaints!

I use this lens for surf photography and it works really great. Much better than the 70- 300 mm stock lens I got with my camera.

I use this mainly for surf photography. It has rapid focusing, and 10 FPS in Raw it blazes. I haven't found anything I don't like about it except the price.

This lens is excellent if you are looking for super wide effects. I use this lens for a lot of skateboard, surf, and concert photography, and it allows me to get very close to the subject while still capturing the full picture. The distortion this lens creates can make photos much more visually appealing. It is a very fun and useful lens to have. Many people find the uses for this lens to be limited, but I use it very often for the photography I do.

I shoot surf photography and I came from having a 5D Mk III with the Elite series housing purchased in 2014. The Edge series is a huge improvement. The back plate is always aligned with the bottom hinges and the electronic shutter works great. Additionally it's lighter and smaller than the Elite series. Highly recommend.

I am super happy with this teleconverter and it came with a really nice suede pouch to keep it in, which was an added bonus. I used it for surf photography and it worked great with my 70-200 lens. Very happy with my purchase.

First off i wouldn't pay too much attention to the below avg. reviews from the people below who take surf photography in Denver? this is my 2nd 10-17(1st one stolen) so had to replace this right away. very fun lens all around but if you do any serious water photography it is a must have. Most housing companies have also formed a port specifically for the Tokina to assist you with any surf or dive photography. I considered Canon 15mm but decided after some reviews to just stick w/ the one I was already happy with. It is NOT for every scenario or photographer and can get a bit limited, but if you want to get a Surf,Skate,or Dive Magazine cover, then this lens will catch that for you on your 1st go!!!!
