Product is great and is a welcome upgrade to my old Surface Pro. My only concern is that the warranty on the device was already activated when I was setting the device up (meaning, it started prior to my purchase). Not sure what that is about...

Simgle handedly the best company to make trackballs. Also have the BEST warranty in the business with a 5 year warranty. I have used their trackballs since at least 1998.

I've been using Microsoft Surface laptops for personal and business use for years, and I've got no complaints. I like my hardware and software to be made by the same company so there's less bloatware. I don't use the laptop to game, edit videos, or anything intensive. (Unless you count having multiple tabs of Google Chrome open.) The machine runs smoothly. No complaints there. The angular metal exterior looks and feels great. It says professional without being as boxy as a ThinkPad.

I can't say enough how happy I am am with my "strap." I am using it on a Microsoft Surface Pro. Being in the contracting business, this strap lets me be more productive in the field. I don't need to lug 15 lbs. of drawings around when I could take my tablet with me into the field and check drawings, take notes, etc.. I just wish that Otter Box would make a protective case for the Surface Pro.

This is my first surface and first purchase from B&H , i really liked their response time and quality of the reply The surface is a great companion which can easily last a business duty hours for a full day of usage ,great processing speed and the usb c is great addition and with the hub keyboard and pen you will be ready to do your tasks with ease.
