I was having problems with my surfboard modem so I switched to NETGEAR and I have been very satisfied with the performance of the modem. 5 |

Replaced my old surfboard with this modem and paired it with my nighthawk r7000 and getting huge speeds! 5 |

Does its job. I like how the flashing of the lights lets you know where you are in the charge cycle. 5 |

Works great. The flashing lights are an easy way to see how the charge is progressing. 5 |

I upgraded from an older, slower SURFboard cable modem, so just had to swap out the modem. Before doing so, I went to the Arris website and downloaded the do-it-yourself process to register the new modem with the cable company (Xfinity in my case) from my house, so no need to go to their store to give them the modem serial numbers. Worked like a charm and in ten minutes was up and running at faster speeds. 5 |

I replaced an older Surfboard 6141 with this Netgear CM1000 32x8 modem. I was not getting the internet speed I was entitled to with my ISP provider of 250Mbs. I was having frequent loss of connection issues during Zoom calls with multiple participants with my old modem and now the connection issues have stopped. The setup and connection of the new modem with my ISP was easy and the signal and speed is solid. I am using a older Netgear AC1750 router and I am getting over 275 Mbs speed now on a consistent basis. Very satisfied so far. 5 |

Love this modem. Just upgraded from my 5 year old surfboard modem and have had constant top speed every since. Very satisfied with my purchase. 5 |

This Netgear Modem Flys right by my old Motorola Surfboard. Fast and never disconnects. It actually does was it said it would. This coupled with my Nighthawk is hands down best thing that ever happened to my Internet . 5 |

This modem is awesome. I had an Arris Surfboard SB6190. This modem was less than one year old . Found out there was a class action lawsuit against Arris on this unit but they continue to sell it. I was having all kinds of problems in the house with anything that used the internet and spent a lot of time trying to find out why. I was paying for 300 gbps and only seeing less then one third of that. Changed out to this new Netgear Docsis 3.1 , CM1000v2 modem and my speeds jumped to 300 and over. No more Arris modems for me ever again. And I will be dumping the Arris modem in my other home as well. Netgear rocks !!!!! 5 |
