Wanted a 2 TB hard drive to upgrade surveillance system. Bought a new DVR, the instructions listed types of hard drives that worked best, one was the purple WD. Have had good luck with WD and B&H carried it at a good price. No problem in 6 months of use. 5 |

i tried these out on a couple of small surveillance systems to hold the recorder and modem/router instead of using a rack. More rugged than I anticipated. Nothing flimsy here. I think you could do a pullup on one as long as you lag into a couple of studs. I didn't need them on these jobs, but I like the lower and rear cable ports. I'll be using more of these. 5 |
