Surveillance Camera With Sound Recording

I have purchased a lot of these drives that I use in Synology NAS devices as security surveillance. They work great with no problems. They are durable and work perfectly for surveillance recording. If you are recording video surveillance, these are the drives you need.

I'm using it for concerts, where it improves footage that previously looked more like a surveillance camera!

For any sync recording from camera to the Sound Devices 552, this is the best cable, and most reasonably priced time code cable I have seen for the Sound Devices 552 mixer/recorder. This cable connects to a BNC cable from the camera via a BNC barrel connector (also needed unless you have a BNC male to female type cable). The price is hard to beat, and you will need this and a most likely a barrel connector, & BNC cable to get time code from the camera. With Mp3 recording, and other external or backup recording now commonly used, having a time code synced recording capability as a sound mixer/sound recordist is a must. I am using this product in my surveillance camera box and i am most happy with it .I think it dose the job better than the green one that was in the box before.

Finding a great wireless speaker only has been a challenge until the Roku speakers. One of the best purchases we have ever made for home entertainment. Bold sound and very versatile can unplug them and move to another room and the sound follows to backyard, garage, etc. Looking to buy a 3rd pair.

Starting to do video recording with my DSLR's and hated the sound quality of the in camera mics..Looked for an inexpensive replacement and saw a lot of good recommendations for this mic. Works SO much better than the camera's mic..Don't expect Dolby surround abilities but a definite improvement
