Switch Companies In Quickbooks Online

Better than prints sent away with metallic paper to online companies.

It works very well but nearly impossible to get ink for it. Many of the online companies are out of stock.

Paid for the product online,... just as described brand new in box unlike other companies who sell junk or knock off pelican cases.. I would definetly buy from them again!

Comparable pricing to other online companies. The shipping time from New York is good. I chose the printer because of the cost and type of ink used.

Some of the other online companies sell batteries of questionable origin and reliability . I've used these in the past and they have performed well and the new ones are performing equally well. Will continue to buy them at B and H.

The features are almost mind-boggling. Performs two-sided scanning if needed, and the scan speed is the fastest I've ever encountered. Scan quality is excellent, even for color. The user-friendly software allows me to review each document or receipt before saving or exporting, so if I need to make adjustments I know right away. I use Quickbooks desktop version for accounting and had no trouble at all identifying fields and info I wanted to save and export. Should work equally well for Quickbooks online version. Being able to export as a "searchable PDF" is a big plus. It can also save documents as Word file or Excel spreadsheet data or even Powerpoint (Windows version). It even scans business cards. That's versatility not found in run-of-the-mill scanners. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but worth every penny if it saves time and frustration over manual recordkeeping and document retention. Setup was a breeze right out of the box and it has a very small footprint. It can be used either wired or wireless, with the ability to send scans to email or a smartphone. This thing does it all. I'm definitely impressed and will be recommending it to friends and family. My nephew is a farmer and my neighbor is a truck driver, and both professions require extensive recordkeeping. I'm sure that once they've tried this scanner the benefits will be obvious, especially to their wives who do all the accounting! I am replacing an aging cisco managed switch and router for a small business and this was perfect for my application. The VLAN tagging in unison with my EdgeRouter Lite was easy to configure after some research online. Pros: Fits my application. Easy to configure through wizards after some research. Cons: Information on configuring VLANS and general setup not included with the switch. Needed to do research online to configure. Unit required firmware updates to get full functional wizards.
