Switch Computer Keyboard From Uk To Us

It connected my ps/2 keyboard to switch box so I could use my computer switch.

This IOGEAR GCS110-4 4-Port KVMP switch is my first purcahse of this type of gear...should have bought one years ago. I had checked out one of the other brands, but the manufacturer's web-site had the same photo and description for two models, very confusing. I am using this switch with three computer, Win7, Win8.1 and a Linux rig. I keep the fourth port open for testing other computers, no need to connect one being tested to a separate keyboard and mouse setup. This switch allows me to easily switch between computers via keyboard shortcuts. I have a Logitech Keyboard and Mouse which share a single wireless USB dongle, plugging the dongle into the keyboard USB port of the monitor area of the switch allows me to use the keyboard and mouse on all computers. I did have to uninstall the Logitech software which allowed for custom keyboard layout (volume up/down, next track, etc.) as it seemed to conflict with the way the KVMP switch emulated Keyboard and Mouse Control...not an issue for me in this case. I am not a hard-core gamer, thus do not have a mouse with 92 buttons on it..more of a FPS and Flight Sim guy here. I like the fact that I can switch the keyboard/mouse, Vidoe and USB separately from the audio, that is I can have music playing on one computer, switch the Keyboard/Mouse, Video, and USB to another computer and still hear the music from the first computer. I have all my external drives and printers connected directly to the Win7 computer working as a server for all my data. I have a USB hub connected to the KVMP input which is accessed by whichever computer I am using for such things as my web-cam, joystick, multimedia card reader, and ID CAC Card Reader. I started taking IT classes and now I can easily do remote access, learned how to access Windows Shared Folders from the Linux box...and more, having the computers side by side with one control system is a Godsend. I would recommend this switch to anyone considering such a purchase.

Only a small purchase but the genuine article I could not find in the UK. Also cheaper, most photo stuff is about the same price in dollars in the US as pounds sterling in the UK. Received in the UK in less than two weeks despite current lockdown, and mailing cost was not silly money which a lot of US sellers charge to Europe. Will use again.

Sourcing this kit in the UK is very difficult. I was concerned ordering from the US was going to be tricky but thankfully it was easy ordering and speedy delivery. Will definitely use B&H again.

We have this saying in he UK for products that perform exactly as you want - not sure that is in use in the US but it describes the Better Beamer FX3 exactly. The first time I used it coupled with my Canon 7D and 500mm F4.0 rig I was stunned by the results. Awesome flash power at extended range. It also performs admirably with my 400mm f5.6 handheld for shooting birds in woodland. Have not found a downside yet, it isn't the most robust piece of kit, but then it folds down to nothing. Also, at this price I can afford another when this one gives out through use.

We've travel with this around the world with this _China, UK, US and it's held up ,never opened on the belt

Many devices are now multi voltage so will work in the UK market with 240v, but come from B&H with the US plug. This solves the problem and is a nice cheap solution.

Just got mine in the UK. I have had iMacs from nearly when they first came out and my biggest annoyance was having to pull the computer towards me and around every time I wanted to connect or disconnect a drive. Also this little beauty fits under the front and is colour coordinated. Works a treat just as described. What more can I say. Brilliant.

I have this being powered from a UniFi US-16 150w POE switch and powering a UniFi AP-AC-Pro access point through the POE pass-through port.

My first US-8-60W switch has been working 24/7 since 2017. Very reliable, small, but yes it runs warm. My network has been expanding and I needed another POE switch. I went with what I know is reliable.
