Switch Controller Triggers

This controller is my first experience with off camera flash. I use it with the Yongnuo 685N TTL(no triggers necessary as they are built into flash). Along with an umbrella and a night stand, the YN-622 has opened up a whole new world of photography options. The owners manual is a little challenging to understand in places but it's nothing a little thinking can't figure out. If you are thinking of purchasing this unit, do not hesitate. Pros: Inexpensive, reliable and easy to use. Cons: Written instructions seem to be a bit broken English in places.

Very well made. Works perfectly. Very inexpensive. Bought with Controller and Electronic triggers for my Nikon Speedlights. This speedlight has electronic trigger within. Very good product.

I use the YN-622CII triggers with my canon 580EXII and 430EXII flashes. They work perfectly! I use them in conjunction with the YN 622 TX wireless controller as well and the controller is excellent. Much easier to use than scrolling through the Canon EOS flash menus (I use the 5D MK II). This equipment is very well built, uses AA batteries and work great. Note that the user manuals are poorly written and often nondescript. You will need to find your way simply by playing around with the triggers but really they are simple to use.

Great controller. Only complaints I have are that the triggers are a bit heavy and the D-pad seems to be on a pivot. Other than that, the buttons are of good quality and its a good controller overall

The switch was quickly adopted by the controller and was up and running in a few minutes.

My Ubiquiti controller adopted and updated the switch perfectly.

I've used these triggers for a while now (including the previous model, which had a stupidly-placed on/off switch - the new ones are much better), and they've been great. While not offering ETTL metering or the ability to dial in the flash intensity, it's rarely been a problem, as I typically run the speedlights in manual mode and adjust the output manually. I have two pairs of these, for a total of four units, and this works perfectly for team photos as I have one on the camera, one for each of my two speedlights, and one in my hand as a remote shutter button. Hard to go wrong with these, until you're ready to move up to ETTL remote triggers.

Replaced my existing firewall, dhcp controller and network switch with ubiquity controller and network switch along with 3 ubiquity access points. It was a painless installation and network speeds are much faster.
