Switch Play With The Joy Con Controllers Detached

I bought a generation 1 play 5 speaker for my lounge, which is quite large for a semi-detached house. I wanted a good quality sound when the volume was turned low. The Play 5 does this so well, I now listen to the radio and my music, which is on a NAS and a computer, more often than putting the telly on because it is so easy and the quality of the sound makes it quite addictive.

I have a large kitchen and the Play 5 fills the whole room well. The only Con would be the price.

I bought this chair mainly for when I play MSFS2020 and use the turtle beach velocity one controllers. will end up getting a steering wheel and peddles for forza eventually. The chair is pretty comfortable to sit in, I'm usually only sitting in it a couple hours at time so I'm not sure how extended periods of sitting time would be. Putting together the chair wasn't too bad but I ended up using a real screw instead of the short cheap thing that comes with it for tightening the screws. Overall nice chair.

The entire system is better than I expected. The interactivity of the controllers and the design of the games is amazing and every new game I play has something new. Amazing.

It is plug and play without issues, as always. Good little switch.

If you are looking for a simple plug and play switch that is affordable... this is is it.

This is a great home managed switch. It allows the use of VLANs and small and simply to use. The only Con I had was that you could not create a 'group' and use for a port. Not a deal breaker for most.

The only con to the Play 5 is price. True, you get what you pay for, but due to cost, this will be a process of building the system I want. I am very happy with ease of use and quality of sound with Play 5. It took longer to unpack the speaker than it did to set up. I use every day, the neighbors will confirm! I look forward to adding another 5, Playbar, and sub!

My only con was that the system was very simple to set up but omits the final step of how to get it to play music, I had to call the rep for this and he walked me through it easily but should be on instructions for those of us that did not grow up with this type of technology.
