Out-of-the box, had a Nikon SB600 and YN685 synced with a Yongnuo on-camera Nikon controller within 15 min. Apparently, can be switched to controller also. Only comment is one plastic hot shoe light stand base was included. Great product. 5 |

Connection took few minutes - there are lots of cables to be rearranged. After this no issues at all. Image quality on the screen (1680x1050) from standard PC and Dell E6400 laptop are fantastic. For unknown reason the laptop did not recognize the USB gear immediately, but after reboot (living it alone alive at the switch) everything got fixed. Video camera works great connected to the back of the switch, phone jack connected to Line Out on the front panel will cut off sound from the speakers, living it only to whatever is connected to the Line Out jack. I tested the front panel USB with stick drive and RCI to USB converter - works fantastic. Highly recommend this to professionals and amateurs! It is expensive, but it deserves the money! 5 |

The mic works well, cuts wind noise well. BUT don't forget to turn it on with the little white switch or you will have no audio. To bad when you plug the cable in, it can't turn it on without the switch. But very happy with it anyhow. 5 |

Works like a light dimmer switch, cuts down the fstop by 2 to allow slower shutter speeds and/or wider aperture. Does the job. 5 |
