Good package from B&H. I had to switch to on-line martial arts instruction when covid-19 hit. Too many options for video lights, so I chose to trust B&H to put together a practical package. I'm glad I did. They're bright enough that I can have them high and far apart. Coverage is very good, and skin tones are spot on. Stands are durable and trustworthy. I run them for about 2 hours per day, 4 days per week, no issues.

This switch has become a staple in telecom hut and cabinet deployments for my company. It not only can be powered by DC and/or AC, it supports power options that make it effectively a hardened unit. I particularly like that I can power it natively with DC connections without the need for a large power adapter. When connected to our DC power plant, it is backed up by multiple 185AH -48V battery strings, keeping our PoE powered cameras, access points, and environmental monitors operational, even during loss of utility power. Eight ports is perfect for this function. The UNMS management platform is easy to use and allows us to manage each site from one pane of glass. The only drawback is that it doesn't come with rack-mount ears to support 19 racks. This isn't enough of a con to subtract a star, though. We have been able to adapt. While using the short metal bracket that comes with the switch on one side, we use a 3D-printed bracket on the other side that works perfectly for 19 racks. Overall, this PoE switch is vital to the success of my department and allows us to maintain an uninterrupted eye on each site, wireless access for field technicians at the site, and environmental monitoring, even when the power goes out.

Please ignore my review for this router dated 6/19/2023. The review was not accurate. The fault is mine. I had unknowingly plugged the router into an electrical outlet that was controlled by a light switch. Of course, when the switch was turned off, the router stopped transmitting the SSID! I feel very stupid. I can now confirm that the router works very well. It's a good router for a good price. I highly recommend it!

This is exactly what I needed for my unifi pro and switch !

Replaced my existing firewall, dhcp controller and network switch with ubiquity controller and network switch along with 3 ubiquity access points. It was a painless installation and network speeds are much faster.

This switch has been up and running for two weeks without problems. It was easy to install and configure with the unifi controller. You do not have to be an IT professional to deploy this thing in your home but having the unifi controller for your network devices really gives you an incentive to learn what you can truly do with these things, which is alot! A+++

This slick little PoE switch is controlled by the UniFi management software (I'm using a CloudKey 2 controller), so I can visualize it on my network and run updates, etc. Note that there is not a PoE pass-through, even though the switch can be powered via PoE (or USB-C), it cannot provide power to any PoE device plugged into it.
