Let me start by saying I own the Apple 4K TV and the Nvidia Shield Pro and without a doubt this is the best streaming player out there!! The Apple TV works well but doesn’t pass through Dolby Digital Plus without converting it to PCM which takes a hit on audio quality, Atmos sounds fine, Nvidia Shield Pro can’t match frame rate and stutters all the time which is terribly annoying, but the Roku Ultra plays everything perfect and smooth as silk and passes the audio straight through and the picture is absolutely stunning through this box!! Save your money and get this you will not be disappointed!!

I've got four Shield TV devices in my house. Three are this variety, one is the Shield Pro. Happy with the purchase. Easily configurable, all the relevant streaming apps I need are supported, perf is good for a set top box, etc.

We originally had the Firestick 4K and the Shield TV Pro is a huge step up, I love the stock android tv experience without the extra fuss and clutter and it streams like a boss. I'm yet to try out gaming and a NAS connection but I'm sure I'll be just as impressed. The great nvidia support is the icing on the cake too. Well recommended and BH customer support is brilliant.

I've spent over $20K on my home theater system, so using a mediocre streaming device would have been an absolute failure on my part. After doing my homework, the Nvidia Shield TV Pro 2019 was what stood out the most, and let me tell you I have no regrets. This device is a beast! Upscaling 4K, the speed of the interface, the abundant access to apps due to Google Play (since this is running Android TV), etc. I have a Roku, PS4 Pro, LG OS, etc., and the Shield is hands down the most impressive streamer I've used. I primarily use the Shield for Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and Plex streaming along with Spotify and Tidal for music.

This is my second NVIDIA SHIELD Android TV Pro and I wouldn't buy anything else. I not only use it as a streamer but as a video player for my large library of movies and TV shows hooked up via USB hard drive.

Shield Pro is a great box, quick, you can watch Youtube, use it for Kodi to watch Movie, TV Photos, etc. Apps for most things, HBOMAX, Pandora, and way more. I don't play games, but lots of those two. B&H had a great price so a got second one for the other room.

So far, I've had no issues so far with the controller in either Steam games or emulators. The controller feels just like a playstation controller, so it's easy to get used to the controls. And since the cord is so long, I could sit away from the computer on the couch. 10/10 Would buy again.

I replaced an older TV to steam reception after cutting the cord with cable tv. The picture is unbelievable. I'm really happy with the quality of the LG.

I put this into my Nvidia Shield TV and wow what a difference!

The switch was quickly adopted by the controller and was up and running in a few minutes.
