B&H shipped the unit promptly even during the pandemic. The unit was boxed in a shipping box and arrived in good condition 2 days from one coast to another. I bought from B&H due to their return policy as I had read in forums the UDM Pro has some issues, but I have not ran into anything. It has been a good router replacing my aging Apple Time Capsule for my home use. I'm sure those complaints are for higher end business critical scenarios that do not apply to me. I have since added a UniFi camera from B&H to my UDM Pro and after some PoE issues with my old Netgear switch, it works great after getting a 16 port PoE switch from Ubiquiti as B&H didn't carry that unit yet. 10/10 would recommend B&H for Ubiquiti products. 5 |

Was initially concerned with reviews about this switch having issues about running hot / overheating, but decided to take a chance because it offers what I wanted (a 2.5G network worh 10G backbone) Installed it in a home office, on the side of a desk, and connected upstream to a Dream Machine Special Edition. Downstream connections include a wifi 7 pro and two G5 pro bullets, as well as a NAS and desktop PCs. Has worked flawlessly since it was connected, Very happy with it’s performance and will be adding another 1-2 of these switches as part of my network expansion plans. 5 |

I bought the Stick to replace the Roku box. We began to have issues with performance of the box. We have a stick in another room and had no issues with it. I love the addition of the Power and Volume buttons on the remote. 5 |
