Sylvania Wireless Headphones 100 Ft Range

I was looking for a long range, 100 ft or more, wireless remote shutter trigger and decided on the Vello FreeWave release. After putting it together and placing it on my Sony 6300 it worked great. obtained some awesome pictures with it. Completely satisfied. Its nice when things perform as advertised.

We couldn't get an HDMI or SDI to a location about 100 ft away and this seemed like a well-priced option with good reviews. I can say that after using it for a few weeks now, it works like a champ. These things do get warm, but apparently that is normal. It reliably sends HDMI from my camera out across to the receiver and I can pick it up from there in HDMI or SDI to input into my Blackmagic ATEM. No issues at all. Yes, there is a small frame delay because... well, it's wireless. But that was expected. I am considering a couple more of these so we can make our other wired cameras wireless too.

Broke the telescoping antenna of my old remote and its range went to below 20 ft, Purchased the Wireless Shutterboss II with a built in antenna. It has a range of 200 ft. and the complete control of the original wired ShutterBoss. Great range and features for the price, and no more exposed antenna. Vello also has a good video on how to use it.

The wireless remote is very easy to set up and use. It has great range. You can be over 100 feet and it will still works.

I purchased a different brand and sent back. The Kanex went 100 ft without issue.

I get a signal all over my 100 ft. Long house and in the driveway!

Several of my friends and I own these headphones and use them in a variety of environments all the time. For around 100 dollars, I don't know of any better headphones for recording, monitoring, etc. They sound pretty balanced--no overtly hyped highs or lows like many others in this price range (or higher). The only set back is the same as all the rest in this price range and higher--they leak out a bit of sound (such as metronomes) at higher volumes. But unless you want to use HN 7605 Sony based drivers with aircraft grade enclosures or smaller sounding in-ears (both of which can cost far more in comparison to achieve an improvement in dampening leakage), again, Im confident that there isn't much better you can do for the price. For higher output/volume, better isolation than most, and balanced sound in the 100 dollar range, these are definitely among the top pick for me, and I've owned and used many other brands and models.
