The sensitivity can not be matched by any Pen and Touch tablet in this range 5 |

I use my Intuos Pro Professional Pen & Touch Tablet (Black, Medium) for graphic design and color separations. I previously used the Intuos Creative Pen and Touch Tablet Small and I will say that I like my new one one hundred times better. It make it a lot easier to do design work. The pen! I love the pen with all the different tips to choose from and the holder for it so it can't be misplaced. I like that is it wireless when need be. So many different tools with this one and so many features to help make my job easier! 5 |

This pen is really fast to the touch screen and it even works on both of my surfaces at the same time. 5 |

The tablet is small enough to fit on my desk without taking over, yet large enough to be practical. I like the dual touch and pen. Now I need to learn the software and get busy. 5 |

I am a digital artist (specifically focusing on painting renditions) so this review will be focused soley on the artistic aspects of the tablet. Note this is my first time writing a review. It is also my first time owning a tablet (I've relied on other digital mediums till now). The Intuos Pro professional pen & touch tablet Medium is as everything it claims to be, versatile to your preferences and easy to use. One would think not being able to see your hand on the screen itself would cause hand-eye cordination problems, but transition is surprisingly easy (or at least it was for me). The things I most liked about it is: lightweight, smooth, pen batteries are long lasting (I often spend many hours drawing a day), versatile in multiple functions to suit your preferences, be it photo editing, painting, or simply using it in place of a mouse. The sensitivity can be adjusted, touch can be turned on or off, can be used by left or right handed users, it's fully customizable. It's comfortable to have in your lap or desk, and with a little time is easy to figure out. It's also rather durable (I accidently sat on it, but it seems to be fine.) The things I least liked about it were: drawing area is too small (though zooming functions are available), the tablet itself is slightly large and in the way; not meant for a small or cluttered desk. The pen nips wore down too quickly for me, became sharp, I worried if it would end up scratching the screen in the long term. I have read up on this and some people experienced the same problem while others have not, whether it's a common issue or not is unknown to me. Besides a few flaws it is everything it needs to be and the problems it has are minuscule and easily over looked. Would recommend to any other artist that would like to get involved in the digital art world. 5 |

I scanned thousands of 2 1/4 Film Negs on an Epson V750 from 1981 shoot with a Hassleblad (took 2 years, 12 neg backs, remember those days! :)). Needless to say I have dust and scratches. I use Photoshop Spot healing Brush Tool. I used a mouse for a long time and started researching pen tablets. I had a gaming mouse with tons of buttons but this tablet is the best. At first I hated it. It took a while for my eye hand coordination to get in sync but now, WOW! I do the same corrections in 25% of the time. I use a cursor circle of about 1/3 of an inch and with the pen touch sensitivity I can do a very fine touch up or press down and get the full circle. Cant do that with a mouse. I was using short cuts to reduce and enlarge correction area. Now I just press as needed. Its great for all LR and PS tools as well. I love this thing and wished I had bought it sooner. I like the smaller size and the programable buttons are great. And Yes you can scroll with it. I can do it right from the pen button by holding the button and dragging the pen up, down, etc. I opted to put the SPACE BAR keystroke on the first button on the tablet. I hold the button with my left hand and drag the screen with the pen on the tablet. I can cruise with this method. You have to get used to hovering over the tablet but once you do you are off to the races!! Dont believe what you read. The Bluetooth is great and easy. If you customize this thing to your needs its a HUGE timesaver. Buy it! 5 |

I debated a long time whether or not I should purchase a pen/tablet for use with editing my photos. I finally gave in and decided to give it a shot. WOW! Doing photo touch up work is so much easier with this tablet than with a mouse or a trackpad. I'll never give it up my tablet! Installation and setup was a snap on my Mac. You can easily customize the tablet controls globally and/or by specific programs. It is taking awhile to figure out exactly how I want to customize is for each program but the process itself is very straightforward. I didn't find the learning curve for basic photo editing to be very steep. I was removing unwanted antennae, wires, etc. from my photos in no time. However, it is taking me longer to get use to using the pen/tablet as a general computer input device (e.g., navigating menus). I'm getting better at it and the touch portion of the tablet is helping since it's similar to my trackpad although it's a little awkward trying to use the touch gestures while holding the pen in the same hand (I know, I could place the pen in its handy holder). 5 |

The Intros Art Pen & Touch is a staple in the graphics tablet market for a reason. Wacom is an industry leader and this tablet, though a gateway drug tablet, performs beautifully. I'm a calligrapher and hand-lettering artist, and this tablet has taken my work to the next level. With the help of the Pen & Touch, I'm able to create and edit my work with ease and control. I highly recommend the Medium size...I can't imagine working on a smaller size. I think it would really hinder my abilities. I also recommend grabbing the wireless kit in addition to this. If you're like me, the cording will drive you nuts. The most frustrating part of learning to work on a tablet is learning to work on a tablet. Give yourself time and don't beat yourself up as you try to learn the new skills. It'll come, and with time, it will feel like second nature. 5 |
