This little guy can refill 1.5 capacity for my Samsung Galaxy Note 8. Dont expect super fast charging with your phone but this unit is an absolute life saver when you are out and about with 5% battery capacity left. I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 with a Micro USB port. It also has a Micro SD card slot. I want to be able to review photos from a standard SD card out of my camera. This OTG Host Adapter accepts a similar sized SD card reader. In effect, it creates an additional and full sized SD card slot for the tablet. The tablet will now display JPEGs from my camera. I would recommend it for this purpose.
