Best active speaker ever

I needed a monitor controller for my studio for two pairs of speakers and a couple of inputs. As much as some of the functionality of active monitor controllers appeals to me, the sound quality is first and foremost. And we all know that unless you spend $3k - $10k most active systems severely color your sound - a little more than my current budget. I wasn't sure what to expect with this affordable passive controller however, after spending a few weeks with it I can say without a doubt that it is a great addition to my studio. I hear no coloration or change to the stereo sound field. The Mute, Dim, and Mono sum functions are really handy. And the build quality feels good under your hand. My only complaint is that it would be nice if the knob travel was detented for repeatable levels. Two Big Thumbs Up!

I have powered up my old Tannoy System 8 monitors in my home studio after using various powered speakers the past few years. This little Pyle amp makes them sound as good or better than my old Kenwood that pooped out 10 years ago. They have such good bass that I don't need a sub. I am pleasantly surprised by this inexpensive piece of gear. I even like the the blue light. Go Pyle!

Theses speaker stands are heavy duty while still being aesthetically pleasing. I bought them to support my Reveal 802 studio speakers and the provide a sturdy base with no vibration.

I purchased the isolation pads for my Reveal 802 studio monitors and they have eliminated the vibrations I had experienced at higher volumes.

This speaker is perhaps the best bang for your buck. I only got one but in the future I do plan on buying another 1 just to complete the studio. I use these to monitor my music as I dj at home and make mixes and stream. Super easy to use and very clean sound.

I was looking for a compact stereo speaker/subwoofer combination as a reference/mixdown monitor for my project studio. The Cyber Acoustics CA-3908 perfectly fills the bill! Easy setup with a unique control pod that takes little space - headphone and aux jacks on the pod are a nice touch. The sound is AMAZING - brilliant highs, balanced mid-frequencies, and a VERY responsive sub-woofer make for an outstanding listening experience! For desktop and laptop computers, this is a no-brainer; in fact, if you watch movies on your computer, this system will make soundtracks REALLY come to life! This piece has been a wonderful upgrade. For an active performer / speaker, this has solved the problems associated with the single-ear worn devices. The mic remains properly placed even with animated performer activity. Input levels remain constant and much easier to add to the mix. Wish I could trade-in my single-ear models.

I own a pair of both the Mackie SRM 450 passive and active speakers (same size). I already owned these covers for my passive speakers, but not the active ones. My passive speakers still look brand new after hundreds of gigs thanks to these covers. I started playing some outdoor gigs and wanted the same great protection for my active speakers. Also, these covers make the speakers easy to carry. Just make sure your set the speaker into the cover in the correct direction (bottom speaker facing right side) for the best fit.
