Tannoy System 15 Dmt Ii Studio Monitor

I have powered up my old Tannoy System 8 monitors in my home studio after using various powered speakers the past few years. This little Pyle amp makes them sound as good or better than my old Kenwood that pooped out 10 years ago. They have such good bass that I don't need a sub. I am pleasantly surprised by this inexpensive piece of gear. I even like the the blue light. Go Pyle!

As a long time owner of the original Ezybox, the Ezybox II system is a welcome addition for anyone's lighting arsenal! For speedlite users, the system revolves around the Ezybox II Speedlite Bracket, which accomodates two flash units instead of just one. My light tests confirm that the Ezybox II bracket with the 17.75 X 17.75 box is just as efficient as the original 15 X 15 Ezybox, and doubles the output exactly! This makes a big difference in very bright conditions, or when you need to cover greater distances! I've modified my bracket by permanently attaching a Manfrotto QR plate, and using it with a Manfrotto 494RC2 Compact Ball Head for rapid attachment, and adjustments. In addition, I've replaced the supplied, somewhat flimsy, flash mounting feet with the more durable, and quicker, Quantum Dead Shoes. In addition, these shoes do not damage the Canon 600EX-RT's weather seals when tightened! However, it will require a trip to the hardware store for some basic attachment parts. Finally, this is all mounted on top of the Avenger A0025B stand w/leveling foot, coupled with a 10 LB stand weight. The combination of all items works well in any conditions!

15' TetherPro cable was exactly what I was looking for to replace other cables with extensions. Easy to see in dark studio.

I took my $5,000+ Blue Sky monitor system to my office, so needed something to monitor with at my home studio, but wanted to find something very affordable since I would mostly be tracking and not mastering at home. These are perfect for me, and really live up to the JBL name. Great sound, good tonal balance, they seem very honest. Not in love with the shiny black plastic fronts, but that's secondary to the great sound. Plenty of power to listen at many different levels. Excellent monitors!

These also fit Tannoy V8 speakers and possibly others.

They work and are attractive. Use with Tannoy monitors at my work station.
