Tape For Beginners Using String Instruments

I use this mic to record string and wind (brass mostly) instruments.  The different patterns make it effective in a variety of spaces depending on whether you want to reject other sounds or include reflections.  Versatile and great sound quality.

This mic sounds very nice for vocals, plucked string instruments, and woodwind instruments (at least that's what I've tried it on). I highly recommend it!

Using this tape for over 20 years!

I really like the label printer. I learned to string together several labels so I wouldn't waste tape on the starting and ending margins. It is fun to use and I am looking forward to the next application.

I was looking for Gaffer's tape that was good. It was hard to find the Shurtape/Permacel P-665. I found numerous brands. I have used some that are hard to tear, have a string loose when tearing off a piece or hard to pull off the roll. I don't use a lot of gaffer's tape, but want good tape when I use it. Some internet articles said that Permacel p-665 was the best. B&H had a good price. I like purchasing from B&H. So far I found the Shurtape/Permacel Gaffer's tape easy to use, sticks real well and did not leave a loose string when torn off the roll. I'll probably purchase this brand again.

I use this tape to tape down wires and hang up led string lights. It doesn't make any marks on my wall and it is very easy to tear. I also love the color of this tape.

Using these for measurement as well as acoustic instruments. Great quality, the craftsmanship of Earthworks shows in these fantastically matched pair. Also a great price if you are a student/educator.

Using as a multi-track home recording situation. I record multiple instruments(guitar, keyboards, synths, electric drums)live into garageband and everything sounds great. Only odd thing about it is that there's no power switch, but this is not an issue once you hook it up to an outlet with a switch.

I have tried all other brands and their glass protectors are by far the best I have used. Using tape for alignment it almost applies itself.

Perfect for beginners.
