I use a TC Helicon harmonizer and my dynamic mic wasn't pushing it very hard. I actually had to turn the input gain to max. Once I put the FetHead on my mic I got plenty of signal to my Harmonizer and actually had to turn down my preamps in that signal. Thanks Triton!

I'm liking my new Bose T8S mixer. I like: 8 channels (with two aux inputs for a possible 10 inputs. STEREO! Simply pan where you want a channel to be in the stereo field. Of course, this requires a stereo-capable PA. Compact size Intuitive layout and operation. In fact, if you are upgrading from a T1 like me, it operates the same so there's little to no learning curve at all, just more channels. Note: Be sure and upgrade the firmware before use.

I have an existing installation I had to work in that used left and right from the mixer to amps to a left and right speaker array. We are not doing anything stereo, and stereo really wouldn't be effective there anyway, and I needed Left and Right for mixing groups...so set up left/right to main on the board and connected main to the JIB/Y and sent the output to both the left and right amp inputs. We had plenty of power so signal drop is not an issue...and it works great!

I use these cables to connect my Keyboard's stereo output to the mixer. Excellent build and quality.

Use these for running lavs receivers into a mixer/recorder. No problems, but you have to be aware that it doesnt work for some devices depending on mono/stereo issues. For example this doesnt work to run a Sennheiser G4 RX unit into a single XLR input- that requires a stereo mini to split XLR channels.

Not a mixer but if you have fairly balanced mics it is a cheap blender/ splitter. The item did as advertised, important to use identical mic's and crank up the volume. It's a simple fix for several AV/LiveSound issues. If you're running a Mono system, this lets you use a single channel for a stereo device (2 actually). tape/CD decks, computers, iPods, handheld recorders typically have RCAs, and those cables are always handy. I prefer an RCA to 1/4 inch, but they're not always at arms reach, and it doesn't solve the stereo/mono issue. It also let's you put 2 devices on a single channel if you have a smaller board. Lastly, many boards have RCA inputs for CD/Tape/Computer, but they don't let you EQ them or assign them to sub buses. It's just a convenient device to have around, especially for smaller boards and when you don't need stereo (like in a general PA setup).

I just bought this unit and just used it for the first time last night in a small venue. It performed beautifully was easy to use with a mixer/equalizer board feeding it. I used it in stereo mode with 2 leads from the mixer and used one channel for the two main speakers and one for the monitor at a lower sound level. Fan sound went un-noticed by all of us. The manual was not too informative, but an amatuer like me got by with no trouble. The wording in the manual was minimal on bridging, but I figured it out. I'll continue to use it in the stereo mode. At this price, if we need the power we can simply buy another one and use them in the bridged mode.
