Tech Savvy Internet Speed Test

Bought these to get internet to an out building. They work great snd easy to set up. I am not tech savvy and did use the customer support and I would use them anytime the guy I got was amazing

I had researched different types of routers with customer reviews for quite a bit and somehow I kept coming back to the AMPLIFI AFI-HD. Straight out of the box it has been an excellent unboxing experience. The app works well and very UI friendly even for some who may not be tech savvy. The system was easy to install in about 5 minutes 10 minutes tops with the mesh points. My internet speed provided by Spectrum where I live was up to 100mb/s. I was only getting about 40 mb/s tops with my iMac wirelessly. And in my master bedroom I was getting 14mb/s if at all. After the installation of the AMPLFI router system and its mesh points, I immediately received at least 115mb/s and in my master bedroom at least 75mb/s and that was in the 2.4ghz range. The front LED is refreshing in that you can have it show the time, day, date on one screen, tap the screen and it will change to total MB used that month, tap again, and it changes to the WAN and IP info, tap again, and it shows the current speed of download, and last tap will show you the port status, port usage, and number of users logged in. I'm sure it has some cons but for a non-tech savvy person, it works! And I use Adobe photoshop CC online and it makes my life much easier to include downloading of my pictures from iPhone to the iMac. Not sure of gamers out there but do your research and I'm sure you can be just as satisfied. Highly Recommended.

I am familiar with using this as storage. I am NOT tech savvy so I am glad I do not have to do anything new right now.

Router was easy to set up, which is nice when you’re not tech savvy.

It is great value for money and very tech savvy in it's controls etc Hope we see more from them in the future.

I have Xfinity and one day I decide to do a speed test, I’m paying for gigabit internet and was barely getting 70 mbps with their provided router. I decided to upgrade and this thing WORKS it was an easy install, a lot smaller than the previous one and handles my internet speed easily no bottlenecks or anything. I have previously bought net gear and ended up coming back I know where my business will always be!

The Netgear CM1000 was a breeze to setup and once registered, I ran an internet speed test to find out that I was now getting the maximum speed for my service. Highly recommend it.

This modem allows me to use my gigabyte Internet to its full capacity with no problem. Speed test shows 965 MB per second Internet speed download.

I am enjoying this product now that I have been able to download music. Fortunately, I have tech savvy grandkids to help me!

I'm not tech savvy so I can only comment on my experience. So far, problem free and that's what I seek.
