Not for focus pulling, but great for remote viewing

I work for a University and have been struggling with remote controller for projectors. They disappear, batteries die.... and other options like Extron or Crestron classroom control systems are VERY expensive. PixiePlus works with any projector that has an IR remote, so ANY projector! Its true it is designed and pre programmed for Epson projectors only, however the learning mode allows the PixiePlus to learn any remote control button press to any of its available buttons. It literally took me 5 minutes to program mine, first time ever trying, and works perfectly. The only draw back would be if there was a specific function you had to use that there isn't a button on the remote control for. so watch for that. But otherwise great product, looks nice, works perfect. Also noteworthy to mention you will need a Cat5e cable which is not included, and I don't think mentioned when you order. thats and extra $5 so no big deal.

I use these lights for technical still photography, both table top studio and on site. The color balance [daylight] is perfect. The light dispersion angle is about 60 degrees so I no longer need reflectors. The fan is extremely quiet so there should be no issues using them for video. I previously was using 200 watt incandescent lights and would go through 1/2 dozen bulbs a month. The LEDs have paid for themselves in just a few months and I no longer burn my finger tips accidentally. When I'm shooting on site these lights are subject to very rough use as I am working around machine tools and industrial equipment. They also get exposed to lubricating oil. I have had no problems with any of the four lights that I have used for over a year now. My only issues is that they really should be sold in sets. Each light comes with a remote. The remote can operate multiple lights so I have 3 remotes that I never use in my light kit. This is the best photographic investment I have made this year.

I work as a technical director for live production. When we have to do remote shows (COVID era) we're using bluejeans or phone calls to communicate during the show. It has a warm, analogue, slightly fuzzy sound and is very good at communicating voice (not room reflections/background noises). This beautiful headset paired with the 3.5mm adapter has made my life so much better, and so much cooler. Me and Gene Kranz are wearing the same headset.

I cut the cable and now just love using Roku for all my television viewing. Does everything my cable remote did and more. Can’t live without it.

I purchased this device to hold an older iPad on a tabletop tripod for remote viewing of images from my Nikon D7500 using the original CamRanger. It is well-made and a perfect fit for the iPad. The ArcaSwiss base fits well in an ArcaSwiss clamp and provides me with all I could ask for in terms of supporting my device.

We now have three of these that we use in worship and are very happy with them. The picture quality at 1080p is great and there doesn’t seem to be any lag. The remote PTZ works well with a Streamdeck with Companion software. When they move we can’t hear them at all. We do all of our control over Ethernet; other than initial setup, we don’t use the IR remote because the sensors are on the front and we are behind the cameras. Our first two cameras came with Flash viewing and Chinese menus by default, requiring an update and menu resetting. The latest one came with the newest HTML5 viewing software and menus already in English - big improvement. The manual doesn’t go into great detail, but has the critical details. We definitely recommend them.

I recently bought a remote camcorder viewing screen. The supplied battery charger contacts had marginal contacts. This Pearstone unit works like a charm. I have other Pearstone batteries & chargers that have been reliable which is why I bought this unit.
