Technika Built In Microwave

I like how it can be regenerated using a microwave oven.

This size is perfect for most large format lenses mounted on Linhof Technika lens boards. This is my second purchase of this same product and will purchase more soon.

I bought this hoping for a sturdy tripod head to secure a Linhof Master Technika 4 x 5 view camera. Naturally it fits manfrotto tripod and holds camera well allowing fine and secure adjustments. Easy to avoid handles by placing all three in direction of lens on tripod. Quick release works perfectly when understood.

I purchased the HARMAN TiTAN 4x5 not to replace my Linhof Super Technika 4x5 camera, but to supplement the pinhole with my image making. I am finding I have taken the HARMAN TiTAN out more to shoot with because the images it produces look amazing and the camera feels so good. It is a pure enjoyment to work with it and it weights so little that my treck accross country is not so much like going to the gym. I am really enjoying this tool and would highly recommend this camera to and one who wants to produce images that matter.

I have had this lens for a short period of time mounted on a Linhof Super Technika V with a Leaf Aptus II 5 digital back. When properly adjusted on a Technika with the right cam, you can focus this lens exactly through the range finder on the Technika. It's image quality and colour are without peer. Outstanding. No Distortion. Complete control of depth of field. Optimum aperture at F4 - f 11. Very quite. No fringing, super sharp and colour that matches Slide film. The image quality from this lens is that good that when you look at the fashion images and the pictures in books and magazines, you say to yourself, I can do better than that. The Pros of this world should wake up to the quality these lenses produce. Forget the Leica S2 and the M9 (both I have used). This combination is large format near transparency quality on digital.

As one might expect from Linhof, they have produced an excellent cable release. I bought it because I needed it for a Linhof Technika grip, for which it was expressly made, but I was please to discover that it works with a Prontor Press shutter. None of my many other cable releases will do so.

My 120mm large format lens is mounted on Linhof Technika lens board and fit nicely in this wrap.

I bought this tripod to use with my Linhof Technika 4x5 after finding that my Manfrotto 190XDB was not quite stable enough. It's very solid and precise. The camera remains steady while I'm loading and unloading the film holders. The geared column is precise but slow, but of course large format sooting is slow anyway. This would be good for medium format too, probably more than you need. I'm using a geared head with this which adds to the precision of movement and stability.

I use a large mixing bowl, filled with filtered water. I use the microwave to warm the water, 2-3 minutes, and mix about half the powder. Repeat for the remaining powder. Let it cool over night.

Fantastic product. Have even run the microwave on it with no issues. Charges as fast as they say it can. Plenty of outlets to plug stuff into. I have not triggered the breakers so this is a very legit battery backup system! I hope they make a large system to run the whole house one day.
