Extremely useful for taking pics of objects up close. The stand is sturdy(used with canon 70D)

I'm a television and film professional and I purchase Matthews products every chance I get. This stand will not disappoint.

If you'd like more flexibility with your television, then hanging on the wall, and you want to be able to move it to various locations, this is the only stand to get. It's completely stable, infinitely strong, reasonably priced and very easy to move. I highly recommend it.

This is the second FPS6000 stand I purchased. Both are used to hold and elevate LED Smart TV's to prevent mounting to apartment walls. This stand is holding a Samsung 49 UHD Curved television and the other stand is holding a 40 Samsung LED television. The 49 television met the weight requirements for the mount and the TV is attached using VESA mount extension arms attached to the mount (photo attached). The stand is well constructed and sturdy enough to hold the television without shaking even when raised. It definitely needs to be on a level surface. The legs can extend further which will provide additional stabilization. I would suggest if using for speaker or display - to add a sandbag weight particularly if it will be in high traffic area. The stand is light enough to pack and carry in light stand bag when used to hold the 40 TV when used as mobile display.

the arc Soundbar sits in front of the television on a stand and I have added a pair of symfonisk bookshelf speakers to the side of the main sitting area to create a surround sound effect.I hope at a future date to add the subwoofer.

THis is a solid stand! Came free with the Machinedrum I bought, and it has stood up more solidly than I ever would have imagined from the pics provided. Super sturdy!

Great pack. It is deeper than it looks in pics allowing me to stand in the pack vs laying in the pack. I easily fit a Canon R5 w/ battery pack, R6 w/ RF 100-400, RF 100-500 zoom, 800 f/11, 24-105 f/4, 16mm + our chargers & a Computer.

Love this background. Easy to put up and it comes out great in pics. Going to purchase different backgrounds for my stand. Love it

The specs and pics don't really do justice to how sturdy this stand is. It is basically the same as a combo/Jr stand, just ending with a baby pin, I don't hesitate to use it interchangeably with such stands using various loads and boom arms and there's not really any functional difference (on-paper specs might be different). I also have the Matthews digital combo stand and got this to compliment it and it's every bit as rugged and useful. Might even be overkill if you're just looking for a regular-duty baby stand. Bottom line, this thing will last 30 years.
